Gobhi Manchurian

It’s Cauliflower Madness which urged me to cook this lip -smacking, finger-licking recipe from Indo-Chinese cuisine. The best part about it is I figured out the recipe on my own and it turned out yumm! 


Yumm isn’t it! Its a lot of deep frying in the end but that was worth tasting. And don’t even get me started on the aroma. There’s tandoori, soya, chilli and tomato sauce that I added. The cauliflower was marinated in a mix of very strong spices. Then roasted & fried these little florets of yumminess before tossing them in stir fried onions. Final word is umm… yummm
