Herbed Pizza Pockets With A Side of Masala Pasta

Its herb-y, its cheesy and its pizza! Can this get any better and crazier? Yes I say… Drool over this picture for now.

Created Pizza Pockets today. Served it with a side of pasta tossed in some olive oil and garam masala.

I got myself some herbed bread, threw in some vegetable topping tossed in marinara sauce and cream cheese. Sprinkled it with mozzarella and olives and baked it. What do I see when I take it out of the microwave?

There is cheese melting down from either sides of it as we speak. I took a bite of it and the first ingredient that is dominating this dish is the smokin hot herbs. Then comes the hot melting cream cheese and lastly a bite into the soft crust of the pocket and you know for sure that it’s one dish you will be having again soon.

Bite to bite, cheese to herbs…. an Italian revelation in itself! Hot!
