This spicy and tangy delicious darling of a dish is a first rung street food of Delhi and we are always glad to see and taste it among other delights of the street food culture of our city.
Need I say more with this picture above? All I can say is it was delicious and an aromatic journey of spices, kebabs, and butter (Oh the buttter!!!), perfectly balanced with the tangy Yoghurt-Mint Chutney.
Deggi mirch tadka was like the spicy cherry on the top of this… this… Yumm!
